Q: How do I make you my coach?

A: If you don’t have a coach yet, just click on this link! You will be asked to fill out a short form. Once you do, I will immediately become your coach!

Q: How do you benefit from being my coach?

A: The way I benefit from being your coach is that I earn a commission off of any Beachbody products that you would purchase, whether it be a program, supplement, or equipment. It helps compensate me for the time I spend helping you out and answering your questions! You can purchase all Beachbody products from this site just by clicking on them. Thanks! With that said, rest assured that I will always give you my honest opinion about what did and didn’t work for me. I won’t try to sell you something I don’t use and believe in for myself. I know that money is hard to come by, and I will make sure that you make the most of your budget.

Q: I already have a coach, but would like to be coached by you. Can I switch coaches?

A: Yes, you can make the coach switch, and here is how to do so: you simply have to send a one line email to telling them that you want FRED LEE, coach # 101257 at to be your coach. Make sure to include your FULL NAME and email address and to copy me on the email so I can follow up.

Q: Why should I make you my coach?

A: As your coach, I will be here to help motivate and support you through your own fitness journey! I have been working out for many, many years and have done much research and have the knowledge to help many people with different goals. Through my own transformation, I have become passionate about what a great program P90X is, and I am excited to help others transform their bodies and get passionate about it too!


  1. Umm i weigh about 108 pounds and am 5’10 and still growing. Also I run track and stay active this is my second year but i have seemed to of gotten slower. This summer I was planning on doing p90x if my dad bought it for me as a present or a gift. So if I did buy it what would be the best nutrition to gain weight i want to weigh atleast 140-150 by the end of summer but stay decently lean with my pecs showing and a little outline of a six pack but I dont care about that alot I most care about increasing my sprinting speed and gaining weight. So what do you think the best nutrition thing for me to gain weight is.

      Hi! Thanks for your post! That is a great question. There are a lot of factors to consider when considering a weight loss or weight gain program. First off, P90x is an awesome program for overall fitness! You will need to consider things like height, weight, age, etc. Take a look at a couple of my posts at:

      This is a good place to start to think about how much you are eating. I am a HUGE supporter of counting calories and making sure you know what goes in your body. That is the only way to know for sure what works and, if not, what to modify. After taking a look at those posts, ping me with additional questions. One word of advice is to be thoughtful about your plan. If you decide to go on a bulking diet, you need to be careful to make sure the weight you put on is lean and not too much fat or else you won’t be able to see pec or ab definition like you would like. A good goal for many is to try and put an average of 0.5 to 1.0 pounds of lean body weight on a week. If you do more than that, then you are likely putting on a lot of fat too. So, you will need to learn to put healthy foods in your body with the right mix of foods so you stay fueled and have lots of energy to bring it! Look forward to hearing from you again! Bring it!
