You may have noticed that I am posting new videos and blogs every week on our team site.  I cover a range of topics and updates that I hope you find both useful and motivational.  Also, I post a new weekly exercise challenge to the group.  Check out the most recent post for this week’s challenge.

ONLINE FACEBOOK SUPPORT GROUP:
The team in our Online Facebook Support Group have been “bringing it” on our weekly exercise challenges and getting great results with their fitness programs and nutrition.  There is power in team and we are all on there daily to push and motivate each other.  If you want real results, I strongly recommend you join us.  Email me if interested.

COACH FRED UPDATES:
As some of you know, I have been working hard on getting P90x Certified.  I took additional online education courses and took part in additional in-class training.  Now, it’s official.  I am proud to announce that I received my diploma and am now a P90x Certified Professional Trainer.  I did this to expand my education and be a better coach to all of you.

On a personal note, I am proud to announce that my family restaurant business has just opened our fifth location in Roseville, California. This is an exciting time for our family business.  All of our previous locations were in Nevada, and this new one, marks our fist time to cross the state lines.  Hopefully, this marks the first of many to come in California!
